How do I register to access Nutrien Rewards?

If you have a Nutrien Account Number, you can register for Nutrien Rewards. All you need is your account number handy, click the ‘register’ button on the login page, fill in all your details and click submit to finalise.

Nominated passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters with 1 number and 1 special character.

Once the Nutrien Rewards team have confirmed your account information an email will be sent out containing your membership details and password.  Points will be updated regularly, and you can redeem your points at any time.

User Accounts are locked for 30 mins after 10 incorrect login attempts in 24-hour period. Once you have updated your details and created a password, you will then be sent an email to confirm your email is correct. You need to click the link within this email to complete your registration and enable your online account.

I'm a Landmark customer / Landmark Rewards member, am I still applicable to be a Nutrien Rewards member?

Yes, if you have an existing Landmark Rewards account all the details will remain the same in the Nutrien Rewards Program.

What if I have a new Nutrien account number that is not linked to my Nutrien Rewards Account?

If you have a new Nutrien Account number that has not been linked to your Nutrien Rewards Account please email your new account number and your Rewards Member Number to nutrien.rewards@nutrien.com.au. A customer service representative will update your Rewards account accordingly.

Forgot Password?

Forgot your password? No problems just click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.

How do I edit my profile?

At your initial login, you will be asked to update your contact details. Should these change in the future, you can update your details by clicking ‘My Account’ in the top search bar. Once you have updated your details click ‘save’.

Will points be automatically deducted and will I be able to see this next time I login?

Yes, points will update as you redeem and use your points. 

Will I be able to see in 'My Account' the products I have previously redeemed?

Yes. You will be able to see your full redemption/purchase history of rewards via 'My Account' on the Nutrien Rewards website once logged in.

Points
Will my Landmark Account Number or Rewards member number change?

No, these will remain the same as before. But please remember that if you open any new Nutrien account then you should let us know. We will add it to your Rewards Membership so that you get points from all of your purchases. 

Do I still earn points on the same products from my Landmark/Nutrien Ag Solutions Branch?

Yes, you will earn the same points at any Landmark or Nutrien branded branch for the products listed in our points calculator.

I still have a Landmark Visa Gift Card, can I still use it?

Yes, your Landmark Visa Gift Card is valid until it's expiry.

How can I access my points?

You can access your points balance by logging into your Nutrien Rewards account, where your points will show on the landing page above rewards categories. You can also check your points by viewing the green box in the top right navigation or by clicking on My Account and viewing your transaction history.

When will my points be updated?

Points balances are updated at the beginning of each month. The account holder will receive a monthly points statement via email each month advising of their current points balance, you can also view your current balance when you log in to Nutrien Rewards.

How do I earn points?

Ordering
How can I order my chosen reward(s)?

To order your chosen rewards, simply add your selected reward to your cart and checkout. You have two options for payment:

1. Redeem in full using Nutrien Rewards points

You can use your available points balance to pay for the reward in full.

2. Points + Pay

Alternatively, you can pay for part of your reward through points,and pay the remainder using a credit/debit card. Please be aware there is a minimum number of points that must be used for any given reward redemption.

 

What if I don’t have enough points to purchase the product that I want?

You can pay for the remaining balance with a credit or debit card.

Points+Pay
What is Points+Pay?

Redeeming your points for great rewards has never been easier. Points + Pay now gives you the flexibility to choose how many Nutrien Rewards points you want to redeem with and pay the rest with a Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card. This means you no longer need to save up all your points and you can reward yourself even sooner!

Points+Pay gives you the flexibility to turn your points into rewards sooner. You can simply choose the number of Nutrien Rewards points you would like to redeem and pay the remainder on your credit card. Please be aware there is a minimum number of points that must be used for any given reward redemption.
 
How can I select only my points and then pay the rest on card?

To redeem a reward using Points + Pay you simply use the slider found on the product page. You can choose how many points you want to put towards your reward and the balance can be paid with a Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card. Use the slider bar to choose the number of points or cash amount you want to put towards your reward. The slider will allow you to choose from the minimum to maximum amount of points you can use – giving you more flexibility with what you want to use your points for!

Please note that users must have a minimum amount of points to use this function. You cannot purchase any reward without a minimum points balance. If you are unable to use points+pay, please check your current points balance as you may not have the minimum points to use this feature on that product. Delivery
How long will it take to receive my reward?

Whilst every endeavour will be made to deliver your reward as soon as possible, please allow 6-8 weeks for physical delivery of reward items. If you have made a contribution to a charity, this will be done automatically.

For deliveries before Christmas we recommend ordering no later than the 15th November.

Can I get my order delivered to a home or to my PO Box?

Delivery can only be made to a physical address within Australia. We cannot deliver to PO Box’s or international addresses. If a PO box is your only option, please contact your local branch to see if you can have your items sent there and held for your collection.

The only exception to PO boxes is with regards to Gift Cards, when ordering please put your PO Box details into the comments section. PO Boxes are an option for Gift Cards only.

Is delivery included?

Postage and handling is included Australia wide on all Nutrien Rewards. So there are no extra charges that you need to worry about when you redeem for any reward in our store.

Returns
Can I change my mind & return my reward?

No reward returns are accepted for change of mind.

I have received incorrect/ damaged stock.

If you have received the incorrect item or damaged stock, please contact the Nutrien Rewards Customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order via info@nutrienrewards.com.au. We will then arrange to exchange incorrect items or replace damaged / faulty stock.

Wishlist
How do I use the 'Wishlist' feature?

The Wishlist feature is a handy tool that you can use to keep a list of all of your favourite items on Nutrien Rewards. You might like to add items to your Wishlist if you're not quite ready to make a purchase yet, or if you loved an item that you have received and would like to repurchase it again later.

To add an item to your Wishlist, simply click on the 'Add to Wishlist' button next to the 'Add to Cart' button on any product page.

You can view your Wishlist at any time by clicking on the 'My Account' section at the top of the page (where your name and points balance are showing), just click and you will see 'Wishlist' in the dropdown menu. Select 'Wishlist' in the drop-down to view added items. Items will remain in your Wishlist for you, so that when you are ready to purchase you can click .

If you would like to remove an item from your Wishlist, click on the 'X' on the bottom of any item in your list and your Wishlist will be updated.

Gift Cards and eGifts
What’s the difference between a gift card and a Flexi eGift?

Nutrien Mastercard Gift cards are our standard plastic gift cards. These are delivered by post to the physical address or PO Box specified at checkout.

 Flexi eGifts are electronic gift cards and are delivered to your email address within 24-48 hours of checkout. These allow you to you choose where to spend your reward, by converting them into eGifts from your chosen retailers.

 

Where can I spend my Flexi eGift?

You can convert your Flexi eGift card into eGift cards from around 50 retailers including Coles, Woolworths, Bunnings, BCF and more!

How do I use a Flexi eGift?

 1. Open Flexi eGift Card
Gift cards are delivered online, using email. Your Flexi eGift card can be opened on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

 2. Choose a retailer gift card or voucher

Convert your Flexi eGift Card into any combination of gift cards or vouchers up to the total available balance.

 3. Start shopping

Print your voucher or take your smartphone with the barcode to the shops to use in-store. If shopping online, copy and paste the gift card codes into the checkout page.

Note: some retailers may have restrictions around where eGift cards are accepted – check your chosen retailer eGift card for details.

Can I split my Flexi eGift between different retailers?

 Yes - click on "Choose how to spend" and choose your gift cards or vouchers. For smaller values, eg. $10, you may not get to split your card. For larger values such as $50 or $100, you can choose any combination of different gift cards up to the total available balance you have.

 

Can I order Flexi eGifts for other people?

Absolutely! If ordering Flexi eGifts for others, we recommend sending the eGifts to your own email address first and forwarding them on, as the tax invoice for your order will also be sent to the email address specified at checkout.

 

When do Flexi eGifts expire?

Each Flexi eGift is valid for up to 36 months (3 years) after the delivery date. Once the Flexi eGift has been redeemed for your chosen retailer’s eGift card or voucher, the final eGift will be subject to the final merchant’s terms, conditions of redemption and expiry dates.

 

How long will it take to receive my Flexi eGift?

Flexi eGifts are delivered by email within 24-48 hours of your order. If your Flexi eGift does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us at info@nutrienrewards.com.au.

 

How do I redeem my final eGift card with my chosen retailer?

Once you’ve converted your Flexi eGift Card into your chosen gift cards, how you redeem your chosen gift card depends on the card or voucher chosen.

How to redeem your gift card at the shops

 

How do I check the balance of my Flexi eGift or my retailer eGift cards?

You can view the balance of your original Nutrien Flexi eGift via the link in your original eGift email.

To check the balance remaining on a retailer’s eGift (e.g. Woolworths gift card), view the retailer’s eGift card online via the link in the email. The retailer will often have their own instructions for checking gift card balances.

 

Can I cancel my eGift card?

No reward returns or cancellations are accepted for change of mind. If a gift card has been sent to an incorrect email, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nutrienrewards.com.au.

 

I’ve lost my original eGift card link/email.

Please contact us at info@nutrienrwards.com.au We can re-send the link to the original email address provided at checkout.
