Blackberries are rarely the only weed you see when spraying them. More often than not you also come across other problem weeds including thistles, docks and St John’s wort that reduce the productive capacity of your paddocks. Controlling multiple weeds with separate mixes is expensive, time-consuming and easy to put off.

Weed Force’s Gusto^® Woody Weed Combo is designed to tackle mixed weed infestations in a single, hard-hitting, high quality spray that simplifies blackberry and woody weed control. This combo combines the herbicides Gusto Woody & Noxious Weed Herbicide and  Renovate Broadleaf and Woody Weed Herbicide with Holdfast organosilicon Wetting agent and penetrant.

When used together as directed, the combo controls blackberry and more than 65 other woody and noxious weeds in grass pastures, agricultural non-crop areas, commercial and industrial areas and rights-of-way.

Gusto: Provides heavy hitting capabilities on Blackberry, Gorse, Lantana St Johns wort, Thistles, Eucalyptus and many other woody and noxious weeds. 

Renovate: Adds extra strength on broadleaf and woody weeds such as Docks, Sorrel, Paterson’s curse and Bracken.

Holdfast: Improve coverage, penetration and uptake on woody, noxious and perennial weeds.

The result is a single mix that can clean up blackberry while also taking out many of the problem woody and broadleaf weeds in the same patch.

The combo is designed for use with high-volume handgun spraying on established woody weeds, with knapsacks and 12-volt units reserved for smaller weeds like isolated docks and thistle, as outlined on the label.

Gusto Woody Weed Combo is registered with no grazing withholding period in pastures, although the label recommends not grazing poisonous plants after application as toxic weeds remain toxic after spraying and become more palatable. Refer to the product labels for full details.
